We would like to take this opportunity to extend my sincere gratitude to our shareholders and investors for their support and understanding of our business activities. On April 28, 2015, Gunosy Inc. listed its stock on the Mothers Index of the Tokyo Stock Exchange and succeeded in strengthening its business foundation to achieve sustainable growth in an environment where competition for mobile Internet users is intensifying.

 

With the prevalence of the Internet and smartphones, the volume of information surrounding us has increased explosively. In an environment of information overload, it is impossible to consume all the information, and even necessary information sometimes fails to reach users. The increasing volume of information has also given rise to a digital divide. As a means of resolving this social issue with technology, we have started to develop services that use artificial intelligence (AI). We then established a company on November 14, 2012, and have since been dedicating all our efforts to disseminating the service.

 

Setting “Optimally deliver information to people around the world” as our corporate philosophy, we aim to deliver appropriate information to appropriate persons in a society where the amount of information continues to increase. With the aim of providing services that users can enjoy for longer, we will make efforts to expand information areas, improve the algorithm and create a better user experience. We will also take on the challenge of a further growth stage by enhancing our business operation through a business alliance and growth investments in Japan and overseas.

 

We are determined to continue striving to enhance our corporate value and become a more reliable company with a focus on creativity, achieved through active communication among our brilliant members and the flexibility to cope with a rapidly changing market, in addition to our integrity in tenaciously addressing day-to-day challenges.
